Welcome To My Channel

Thanks for being here! I’m Brooke, and after years working as a park ranger in backcountry patrol and search and rescue, I traded the job for a van and life on the road. I’m sharing what I’ve learned about the hidden costs of van life, staying safe on public land, and keeping everyday life simple and affordable. I’ll talk about the mistakes I’ve made, the habits that help me save money, and the lessons I learned dealing with wildlife, changing weather, and backcountry emergencies. I’ll also explore the difference between real danger and internet panic and I’d love to hear what you want me to cover next in the comments. #VanLife #BackcountrySafety #PublicLand #OutdoorAdventure #SimpleLiving
