Moe Howard’s Hidden Garage Has Finally Been Exposed —What’s Inside Left Everyone Speechless

In June 2019, a Los Angeles auction house posted a catalog online, and three Stooges fans who clicked on it suddenly stopped scrolling. There were more than 1,100 lots. Each one had belonged to a single man. Most had stayed with one family since he died, 44 years earlier. That man was Moe Howard—the one with the bowl cut, the one who slapped, jabbed, and pounded his way through almost 200 films, and the man half of America grew up believing was comedy's meanest. All that time, almost no one outside the family knew what was there. There were boxes, binders, film cans not shown through a projector in decades, and papers he had filed himself and never mentioned in an interview. Collectors had whispered about it for years. Historians had asked. The reply never changed: not yet. At last, the door opened. Everything came out at once, and people who thought they knew the Three Stooges realized they had only seen half the story.
