SCP-L009 The Poem You Aren't Allowed To Read

SCP-L009 is an anachronous, five-stanza Victorian verse poem that exists solely within the memory of O5-5, lacking any causal origin. Functioning as an extraordinarily powerful oracular tool, it guides core Foundation strategic divination and containment. However, maintaining its predictive models requires harvesting Impelling Notional Entities, a practice heavily condemned by the Global Occult Coalition and responsible for a steady global decline in human creativity.
