BREAKING: DRIVERLESS TRUCK CRASHES INTO SEVEN HOUSES AND A SHACK IN UMLAZI

BREAKING NEWS: A truck reportedly left unattended rolled down Prince Mcwayizeni Road in Umlazi, south of Durban, crashing into seven houses and a shack and causing extensive damage. KwaZulu-Natal Transport and Human Settlements MEC Siboniso Duma said the Road Traffic Inspectorate had been instructed to work with Durban Metro Police and SAPS to locate the driver and the truck’s owner and ensure accountability. According to reports, the driver allegedly left the truck unattended while visiting a nearby salon, after which the vehicle rolled down the road and struck residential properties.
