Description
Mike Tyson's Prison Workout: 5 Exercises That Build UNFAIR Strength
Mike Tyson went into prison at 285 pounds and walked out at 215 — with no gym,
no weights, and no coach. Just a cell floor, a yard, and five exercises he
repeated until they rebuilt him.
In this video: the 2,000 daily sit-ups he broke into small sets, the push-up
bet he used instead of motivation, the four hours of jumping in a room the size
of a parking space, the footwork he wore into the concrete, and the daily miles
that stripped away 70 pounds.
Everything here comes from Tyson's own interviews, in his own words.
You don't need equipment. You need a floor and a routine you'll actually repeat.
