झारखंड का इतिहास || History of Jharkhand || Full Documentary history of odisha 👇 https://youtu.be/yg_h7MgOR-8?si=MYwT5cXu3aSMWN7X history of Delhi 👇 https://youtu.be/UuxIoanUIiU?si=JPspPQ5niNq5Z35Q History of Uttar Pradesh 👇 https://youtu.be/uo_lZhYrRUM?si=eAulKW8GUvk0KTPX Jharkhand did not become a state overnight. Its creation was the result of nearly eight decades of resistance, political movements, land struggles, cultural identity, industrialization and statehood campaigns. In this cinematic historical documentary, we trace the story of Jharkhand from the 1920s to 15 November 2000, when Jharkhand officially became India's 28th state. From the legacy of Sidhu and Kanhu and the Santhal Hul to Birsa Munda and the Ulgulan, the story reveals how land, forests, minerals and indigenous identity shaped the region's history. We explore the Chotanagpur and Santhal Pargana regions, the impact of colonial land policies, the Chotanagpur Tenancy Act, industrialization around Jamshedpur, Bokaro and Dhanbad, and the emergence of organized political movements. The documentary then follows Jaipal Singh Munda, the Adivasi Mahasabha, the Jharkhand Party, the political setbacks after independence, and the rise of the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha and Shibu Soren. Finally, we reach the political events of the 1990s, the Bihar Reorganisation Act of 2000, and the historic creation of Jharkhand on 15 November 2000, a date that also marks the birth anniversary of Birsa Munda. But statehood was not the end of the story. Questions surrounding land rights, forest rights, mineral resources, displacement, employment, environment, language, culture and identity continued to shape Jharkhand. This is the story of Jharkhand's long journey from resistance to statehood. What You Will Discover • The origins of the Jharkhand movement • Santhal Hul and the legacy of Sidhu and Kanhu • Birsa Munda and the Ulgulan • The Chotanagpur Tenancy Act of 1908 • Industrialization of Jharkhand
