Description
When life feels too heavy, leave it in God’s hands. God sees your pain, hears your cry, and knows what you’re carrying—even when nobody else does.
If you're hurting, waiting on God, dealing with anxiety, facing financial pressure, struggling with family problems, or praying for an answer that hasn't come yet, this biblical encouragement is for you.
The Bible reminds us that we don't have to carry every burden by ourselves. God invites us to cast our anxieties on Him because He cares for us (1 Peter 5:7).
In this video, we'll look at 5 biblical truths about trusting God and surrendering your burdens to Him:
Remember 1 — God Sees the Pain You Don't Show
Even when you feel forgotten, God sees you. Hagar discovered this in the wilderness and called Him “the God who sees me” (Genesis 16:13).
Remember 2 — You Can Give God What You Cannot Fix
Proverbs 3:5–6 reminds us to trust in the Lord instead of depending completely on our own understanding. Some things are simply beyond our control.
Remember 3 — God Hears Your Cry
If you've been praying the same prayer over and over, don't assume God isn't listening. Psalm 34:17 says, “The LORD hears.” A delayed answer does not mean God has stopped listening.
Remember 4 — Waiting Does Not Mean God Is Doing Nothing
David, Joseph, and Abraham all experienced seasons of waiting. Isaiah 40:31 reminds us that those who wait for the Lord can find renewed strength.
Remember 5 — Leave It With God, Then Keep Walking
Surrender doesn't mean giving up. It means trusting God with what you cannot control while faithfully doing what you can.
Jesus says in Matthew 11:28:
“Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.”
And Philippians 4:6–7 reminds us to bring our worries and requests to God in prayer, trusting Him to guard our hearts and minds with His peace.
🙏 If you're carrying something heavy today, pray this:
“Lord, I don't know what tomorrow holds, but I know You hold me. I give You what I cannot control.
