Description

Russian marines split their armored assault on Dobropillia into four columns to outrun Ukraine's drones — and drove onto roads already mined from the air. What if the rule every tank crew lives by, never stop, was the trap itself? Near Dobropillia on the Donetsk front, on December 22, 2025, Russian naval infantry from the 40th and 155th Marine Brigades attacked with four columns and 24 armored vehicles, plus dozens of ATVs and motorcycles, according to Ukrainian commanders. Ukraine's 1st Azov Corps and the drone unit Lasar's Group say they mined the approaches remotely and struck with FPV and heavy bomber drones, artillery and HIMARS. Azov reported 6 tanks, 9 infantry fighting vehicles, 5 armored personnel carriers and 1 recovery vehicle destroyed, plus 10 of 11 ATVs; the Institute for the Study of War called it a reduced battalion-sized mechanized assault. This video follows the assault road by road, and why splitting up to beat the drones put every vehicle where Ukraine wanted it. Analytical reconstruction based on public reporting by Ukraine's 1st Azov Corps, the Unmanned Systems Forces and Ukrainian media; drone flight details, timings and the sequence on each road are dramatized for clarity. 💬 Four columns or one: which would you have sent down those roads? 👉 Subscribe for more breakdowns of how drones and mines are reshaping this front. ⏱️ TIMESTAMPS: 0:00 — Delivering Mines in the Dark 1:12 — Russia's Four-Column Plan 2:15 — Choosing Where the Armor Stops 3:24 — Night Mine Runs Without GPS 5:59 — Four Columns Cross the Line 6:39 — The Mine Plow Finds Its Mine 8:33 — Trapped Between the Tree Belts 11:23 — The Drone Comes Back 13:35 — One Hundred Minutes #UkraineWar #RussiaUkraineWar #UkrainianDrones ⚠️ DISCLAIMER: This video is for educational and analytical purposes only.
