How To Do : Seated Knee Extensions: Sit tall in a sturdy chair, slowly straighten one knee out in front of you, pause for 1 to 2 seconds, and lower it back down. Repeat 8 to 12 times per leg. Seated Marches: Sit upright and lift one knee a few inches off the floor, then lower it and switch to the other leg. Continue for 30 to 60 seconds. Calf Raises: Stand tall behind a heavy chair or kitchen counter, holding lightly for support. Rise up onto your toes, hold for a second, and slowly lower your heels back to the floor. Side Leg Raises: Stand holding the back of a chair for stability. Lift one leg out to the side while keeping your back straight, hold briefly, and lower it down. Complete 8 to 10 repetitions before switching sides.
