Description

Why does it never feel like you’ve done enough? Why do you feel guilty after a day of doing nothing? In this video I look at Haikyuu’s Taketora Yamamoto and the guilt of not working hard enough, even when you’re already working too hard. We look at why “I just need to work harder” is such a comfortable criticism, why busy isn’t the same as productive, and why most of what we call rest isn’t rest at all. At the end I go through how to actually loosen up and relax. I also talk about my own experience of trying to optimise every spare minute while working a full-time job and making videos on the side. If this sounded like you, I hope it helps. #haikyuu #animeanalysis #selfimprovement
