Couple Turns a 30-Year-Old School Bus Into a Home for Their Family of Five

What does it take to turn a 30-year-old school bus into a comfortable home for a family of five? Jesse and Jae spent nearly two years transforming a 1993 Blue Bird school bus into a fully equipped tiny home for themselves and their three children. The journey began with stripping out the old seats, removing rusted flooring, and rebuilding the interior from scratch. One of the biggest challenges was raising the entire roof to create more headroom, followed by installing new windows, insulation, electrical wiring, plumbing, and custom-built furniture. As the transformation continued, the old yellow school bus received a beautiful mint-green exterior, a handcrafted wooden ceiling, a functional kitchen, a bathroom, a cozy living area, and custom triple bunk beds for the kids. After nearly two years of hard work, unexpected setbacks, and countless hours of DIY construction, the family was finally ready to take their new home on the road. This video follows their incredible school bus conversion journey, from an aging 1993 bus to a one-of-a-kind family home. **Original Creator:** Life Anywhere **YouTube:** https://www.youtube.com/@lifeanywhere All original footage belongs to Life Anywhere.
