"I Never Knew You" | Who Is Jesus Really Warning? (Matthew 7:21-23)

"I never knew you." These may be the most terrifying words in all of Scripture — and Jesus directed them at people who called Him Lord, prophesied in His name, and performed mighty works. But before you make this passage about fear, you need to look carefully at what these people actually said — and what Jesus actually said back. In this video, we examine the real warning behind Matthew 7:21-23, compare it with John 10, Ephesians 2, and Romans 8, and answer the question that matters most: is your confidence in what you have done for Jesus — or in what Jesus has done for you? This is not a video about doing enough. It is a video about knowing Christ and being known by Him. ───────────────────────────── TIMESTAMPS ───────────────────────────── 00:00 THE VERSE THAT SCARES PEOPLE 1:01 LOOK AT THEIR DEFENSE 2:08 COMPARE THAT WITH EPHESIANS 3:19 "I NEVER KNEW YOU" 4:19 JESUS DESCRIBES HIS SHEEP 5:14 BUT WHAT ABOUT "THE WILL OF MY FATHER"? 6:19 WHAT ABOUT OUR FAILURES? 7:29 THE REAL WARNING 8:41 LOOK TO CHRIST ───────────────────────────── SCRIPTURES REFERENCED ───────────────────────────── Matthew 7:21-23 John 10:27-29 Ephesians 2:8-10 Romans 8:35-39 ───────────────────────────── ABOUT THIS CHANNEL ───────────────────────────── Biblically is a channel devoted to scripture-based teaching, original worship music, and daily devotionals.
