Description
From Saturn's tiny moon Mimas to VY Canis Majoris, one of the largest stars ever discovered — we lined up 45 real moons, planets, and stars in one epic 3D size comparison. Watch the universe grow from something smaller than a city... to something that could swallow our entire Solar System whole.
In this 3D size comparison, we journey through real celestial bodies including our Moon, Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto, alongside real exoplanets like Kepler-22b and TrES-2b, and some of the most massive stars ever observed — Sirius A, Proxima Centauri, Rigel, Antares, Betelgeuse, and the colossal hypergiant VY Canis Majoris.
Every object is built and animated by hand in Blender using real astronomical data, scaled dramatically so you can truly feel the difference between a small moon and a star that dwarfs our entire Solar System.
