Welcome to ODIA AI COOKING AND DRAMAS! In today's high-stakes dramatic episode, Majhiya and Sana Bahu cross the line by pouring cold water into Bada Bahu's signature Gajar Halwa. But this time, Sasu Maa catches them red-handed from behind! Watch how our talented Bohu executes a brilliant culinary rescue to transform this wet dessert disaster into an elite, double-layered creamy Malai Gajar Pudding that leaves the guest speechless! 🍮 ମଲାଇ ଗାଜର ପୁଡିଙ୍ଗ ସହଜ ରେସିପି (Royal Layered Dessert Cooking Steps Covered): 1. Straining out the excess unwanted water from the ruined carrot halwa using a muslin cloth. 2. Pressing and smoothing the dry gajar halwa onto a tray to form a firm base layer. 3. Boiling and reducing fresh milk until it becomes rich, thick, and creamy. 4. Adding premium khoya, sugar, and golden Kesar strands to create a royal rabdi custard flavor. 5. Layering the hot, velvety malai custard smoothly on top of the carrot base. 6. Garnishing with aromatic green cardamom powder, chopped almonds, and bright pistachios!
