As catastrophic fractures spread across the planet, colossal creatures emerge beneath major cities and force Earth’s heroes into a desperate fight for survival. Behind the destruction stand Thanos and Doctor Doom, whose Rage-Forge has transformed the planet itself into a weapon. While heroes struggle to contain an invasion growing more dangerous by the minute, Bruce Banner faces a different battle—keeping the Hulk buried when the world may desperately need his rage. Then Juggernaut arrives, and two forces normally feared for the destruction they leave behind prepare to become Earth’s answer to an enemy unlike anything its heroes have faced before.
