10 Dog Breeds Police Officers Keep at Home (Not the Ones You Think)

I’m breaking down 10 dog breeds police officers actually choose to keep at home—not just the dogs they work on duty. I’ll cover each breed’s energy, guarding instinct, trainability, and what kind of home it truly needs.
