We head into the swamp and catch wild mud crabs with our bare hands then cook them fresh over an open fire. Mud crabs are aggressive powerful and not easy to handle especially without traps or gloves. This was a real hands on experience from start to finish. From tracking them in the swamp to lighting the fire and cooking them right where we caught them.
