10 Weirdest Creatures Caught on Camera in Rivers.

From an enormous dark shape moving through Spain’s Ebro River to a mysterious pale creature swimming upstream in Maine, these are 10 of the weirdest river creatures ever caught on camera. This compilation examines unexplained fins, worm-like creatures, an alleged water demon, a giant serpent in the Yangtze River, a transparent mass resembling an unknown organism, the Machias River Monster and enormous humps moving through the River Thames. Some sightings may have logical explanations involving debris, Tubifex worms, salamander eggs, an anhinga or a giant freshwater stingray. Others remain much harder to identify.
