#navratrispecial #navratri2026 #golu #perumalkovil #kalkandupongal #pongalrecipe #prasadham #easyrecipes A quick recipe 🌾To a bowl add 1/2 cup raw rice and soak 30 min. 🌾Now to a pressure cooker add soaked rice, 1 cup milk, 2 cup water, saffron strands 6-7 and pressure cook 3 whistle. 🌾To a separate pan add 3/4 cup Kalkandu (rock candy, rock sugar, crystal sugar) , 1/2 cup water and boil 5 min & filter the syrup. 🌾To a pan add 2 tbsp ghee, cooked rice, Kalkandu syrup and cook 5 min. 🌾Add 2 cardamom, ghee roasted cashew and raisins and mix well. 🌾Serve it hot
