Description

Read ⤵️ 1️⃣ Set a finish line, not a time limit. Instead of saying ‘I’ll study for 2 hours, say ‘I’ll finish Chapter 3 and solve 20 MCQs.’ Clear goals keep your brain focused and motivated.” 2️⃣ Study the hardest subject first. Your willpower is highest at the beginning of a study session. 3️⃣ Leave a chapter unfinished. Stop in the middle of a topic. Your brain will keep thinking about it (Zeigarnik Effect), making it easier to restart later. 4️⃣ Switch subjects every 45–60 minutes. Mixing subjects improves long-term retention better than cramming one topic for hours. 5️⃣ Don’t highlight while learning. Read once, close the book, then write or say everything you remember. That’s when learning actually happens. 6️⃣ Study the same topic in different places. Changing environments creates multiple memory cues, making recall easier during exams. 7️⃣ Start with questions, not theory. Solve a few questions first so your brain notices what it needs to learn. 8️⃣ Create memory scenes. Turn boring facts into ridiculous mental images. The stranger the image, the harder it is to forget. 9️⃣ End every session by writing the first task for tomorrow. This removes decision fatigue and makes it much easier to start again. 🔟 Write what you’ll forget, not what you know. Spend most of your revision on weak points instead of rereading everything. 1️⃣1️⃣ Stop studying while you’re still focused. Ending before you’re exhausted makes your brain more likely to want to continue the next day. 🍓 Follow if you find this helpful
