Description
Welcome to Sean 365 Farm.
Today I’m taking you through another ordinary day on our farm — feeding the chickens, cleaning the chicken coop, taking care of a sick chicken, working in the vegetable garden, and collecting fresh eggs.
There is no special event today. This is simply real farm life.
Every day on a small farm is made up of many small jobs. Feeding the animals, cleaning their living area, taking care of the garden, collecting eggs, and dealing with unexpected problems are all part of the daily routine.
In this video, I prepare pumpkin and mix it with rice bran to make food for the chickens. The chickens gather around and enjoy their meal. Feeding chickens is one of the simplest jobs on the farm, but watching them eat, move around, and interact with each other is always interesting.
After feeding the chickens, it is time to clean the chicken coop.
Keeping the chicken coop clean is an important part of raising healthy chickens. Chicken manure and bedding need to be removed regularly. It is physical work, but the waste from the chicken coop does not simply go to waste.
One of the things I enjoy about farm life is seeing how different parts of the farm can work together.
The chicken manure is collected and taken to the vegetable garden, where it can be used as fertilizer. Instead of treating everything as waste, the farm creates a simple natural cycle.
The chickens provide eggs and manure.
The manure can help fertilize the garden.
The garden produces vegetables and other plants.
Some of those plants can eventually become part of the animals' food.
This simple cycle is one of the most satisfying parts of living and working on a farm.
Later, I also feed water hyacinth to the chickens. The chickens enjoy picking at the fresh plants, and it adds another natural food source to their daily routine.
Farm animals can sometimes get sick, just like any other living creature. In this video, one of the chickens is not feeling well, so I take some time to care for it and give it its medicine.
Taking care of animals is not only about feeding them. It also means paying attention to their behavior, checking whether they are eating normally, and noticing when something is wrong.
A healthy flock requires daily observation.
Sometimes a small change in a chicken's behavior can tell you that it needs extra attention.
After taking care of the chickens, I continue working in the vegetable garden.
There is always something to do in the garden — clearing plants, organizing the beds, removing unwanted growth, preparing the soil, and making space for new vegetables.
Farm work can be tiring, but it is also very peaceful.
There are no complicated schedules here.
You simply move from one job to the next.
Feed the chickens.
Clean the coop.
Move the manure.
Work in the garden.
Check the animals.
Collect the eggs.
Then start again the next day.
At the end of the day, I collect fresh eggs from the chickens.
For me, collecting eggs is one of the most rewarding parts of raising chickens. Every egg represents a small result of the daily work that happens on the farm.
And slowly, day by day, the farm produces something useful.
This is not a perfect farm.
It is simply our real farm life.
There are dirty jobs, repetitive jobs, unexpected problems, and many small things that need attention. But there are also fresh eggs, vegetables, animals, sunshine, fresh air, and the satisfaction of doing something with your own hands.
I hope this video gives you a quiet look at everyday life on a small farm.
If you enjoy watching chickens, collecting eggs, vegetable gardening, traditional farm work, natural farming, rural life, and peaceful daily routines, I hope you will enjoy this video.
There is no talking and no background music in this video.
Only real farm sounds.
I want Sean 365 Farm to be a place where you can slow down for a few minutes and experience a little bit of simple farm life from anywhere in the world.
Every video is a small record of what happens on our farm.
And sometimes nothing special happens at all.
But that is what real farm life is.
It is the accumulation of small things.
Thank you for spending time with us today.
