The "Forbidden" Carpet Cleaner That Works in 20 Minutes I almost threw out a rug my grandmother gave me. Ten years of foot traffic, two dog accidents, a coffee spill I'd given up on, and this dingy gray tone that made the whole thing look like it belonged in a dumpster. I'd rented the big machines. I'd bought the sprays with the important-sounding names. Nothing touched it. Then a guy who cleaned carpets for thirty years came by, looked at my rug, looked at the pile of expensive bottles under my sink, and started laughing. He grabbed a scoop of white powder off my own laundry shelf, and forty minutes later that rug looked like something I'd buy new. It cost him almost nothing. And I finally understood why the carpet cleaning industry would rather you never figured this out. Like & Subscribe #carpetcleaning #rugcleaning #carpet
