A large skirt steak was seared on a scorching hot stone with whiskey, then sliced and chopped into small pieces before being mixed with tomato, paprika, onion, garlic, parsley, spices, and melted cheese. Fresh dough was filled by hand and deep fried in a cast iron pot over the campfire until perfectly golden and crispy.
