So when officials warn residents to leave ahead of a catastrophic hurricane, she stays behind with her two daughters. Then the real danger arrives. Three prisoners escaping through the chaos force their way into Claire’s isolated house and take the family hostage. Their leader, Victor, becomes increasingly violent as rising water and brutal winds destroy every escape route. But one of the fugitives begins questioning what they are doing and secretly helps Claire protect the children. Meanwhile, Claire’s estranged husband races through the storm trying to reach them. Now the family is trapped between two deadly threats: a hurricane tearing the house apart from outside—and an armed criminal losing control inside. A tense survival thriller about courage, family, and one mother fighting to keep her daughters alive until the storm passes.
