Why You Should NEVER Put Your Wet Phone In Rice! 🛑📱

Did you drop your phone in the toilet and panic? Throwing your wet device straight into a bowl of dry rice might seem like a clever trick, but you are actually destroying your phone even faster! 🚽⚠️ In this video, we bust one of the biggest tech myths on the internet. Scientific studies have proven that raw rice is way too slow at absorbing moisture. Even worse, the fine starch dust and tiny grains from the rice easily get trapped inside your charging port and speakers, combining with water to cause rapid corrosion and permanent hardware damage to your device's motherboard. So what should you actually do when your phone gets wet? Forget the rice and lock your phone in an airtight container or a sealed bag with silica gel packets—the ones you find in new shoe boxes or electronics packaging. Silica gel pulls water out up to 3 times faster than rice, leaving zero messy residue or dust behind! 📩 All footage in this video belongs to its respective owners. Educational & Fair Use intended.
