In this exciting construction episode, we start by bringing in the excavator to dig the footings before pouring a rock-solid concrete foundation. Once the base is prepped with foam insulation and radiant floor heating tubes, our crew dives into the step-by-step house framing. You will see the first and second-story walls erected, the custom wooden staircase cut and assembled, and the heavy roof trusses securely locked into place. To finish off this phase of our complete home building journey, we fully dry in the structure by wrapping the exterior, installing the glass windows, and screwing down a durable metal roof to shield the interior from the elements.
