Arsenal claimed FOURTH on the final day, overtaking Tottenham Hotspur after a dramatic North London battle for Champions League qualification. Thierry Henry scored a hat-trick in Arsenal's final match at Highbury, a 4-2 victory over Wigan Athletic. Thierry Henry claimed his THIRD consecutive Golden Boot with 27 GOALS, while Steven Gerrard won the PFA Players' Player of the Year award. Wayne Rooney was named PFA Young Player of the Year, and Chelsea's Frank Lampard was crowned FWA Footballer of the Year.
