How It's Made Chocolate | Inside a Giant Chocolate Factory

How chocolate is made, from roasted cocoa nibs to a finished milk chocolate bar, on one automated factory line. This video follows one batch. Nibs enter the mill, become cocoa paste, split into cocoa butter and chocolate liquor, then mix with sugar and milk powder. The same batch is refined, conched, tempered, molded, cooled, and wrapped. No farm. No shop. No second product. This is an AI-generated visualization for education. It is not footage from a real factory, and it is not a brand recipe. Machines have no labels, so no fake text appears on screen. 0:00 The finished bar 0:08 Cocoa nibs enter the mill 0:16 Grinding into cocoa paste 0:40 Cocoa butter pressed out 1:36 Sugar and milk powder 2:40 Five-roll refining 3:36 Conching 5:12 Tempering 6:00 Molding 6:32 Cooling tunnel 8:56 Plain foil wrap 9:36 Pallet and load #HowChocolateIsMade #ChocolateFactory #CocoaBeans
