BRUTAL KNOCKOUT That Shocked The World | Sebastian Fundora vs Erickson Lubin

🥊 Fight: Sebastian Fundora vs Erickson Lubin 📅 Date: April 9, 2022 📍 Venue: The Theater at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, Las Vegas, Nevada, USA 🏆 Bout/Title(s): WBC Interim Super Welterweight World Championship Two of the most dangerous fighters in the super welterweight division collided when undefeated Sebastian “The Towering Inferno” Fundora stepped into the ring against hard-hitting contender Erickson “Hammer” Lubin with the WBC Interim World Championship on the line. Standing at an extraordinary 6-foot-5½, Fundora was unlike almost anyone else at 154 pounds. But despite his enormous height and reach, “The Towering Inferno” wasn’t interested in fighting from a safe distance — he built his reputation by stepping inside, trading heavy shots and turning fights into violent battles. Fundora entered undefeated at 18-0-1 with 12 knockouts, while Lubin arrived at 24-1 with 17 knockouts, carrying explosive power, championship ambition and the experience of already competing against elite opposition. This wasn’t a fight where either man planned to survive. Fundora wanted to prove he was ready for the world championship level. Lubin wanted to show that his road back to the top was complete. Two dangerous southpaws. Two completely different physical styles. One interim world title. And when The Towering Inferno met The Hammer, boxing fans got exactly the kind of savage, back-and-forth battle everyone had hoped for — a fight PBC would later recognize as its Fight of the Year for 2022.
