Valencia, Spain Floods, and It's Not Over! Storm Hits DANA Zone, People Trapped in Cars

Violent storms slammed Valencia, Spain on Wednesday night, turning streets into rivers in just minutes. Torrent recorded nearly 96 mm of rain, 71 mm of it in half an hour, while Chiva, L'Eliana and Valencia city were also hit hard. People were trapped in their cars, garages filled with muddy water, and emergency services handled 478 incidents in a few hours. Valencia Airport and Metrovalencia were temporarily shut down, flights were diverted to Alicante, and the Levante vs Athletic Club match was postponed. The flooding struck towns devastated by the deadly DANA of 2024, including Torrent, Paiporta and Aldaia, bringing back painful memories for residents. And it's not over: weather warnings remain active as the storm moves south toward Murcia and Almería. #Valencia #Spain #FlashFlood #DANA #Flooding #Torrent #spainfloods Wildfires in Spain - https://youtu.be/Wi_k5ud8VCo Flash floods in Valencia, Spain 2024 - https://youtu.be/fDcVW5JWrTU Flash Flood in Nepal - https://youtu.be/5V2QbPSWX2k If you find any of your copyrighted content (footage, photos, or music) used in this video, please contact me and I'll resolve it promptly: [email protected] The information on this WildWeatherUS YouTube Channel documents real-world events for educational, journalistic, and news reporting purposes.
