Should preppers trust the government during an emergency? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 👉 My Prepper Community - https://be-prepared.uk/the-community 👉 My Recommended Prepper Gear - https://be-prepared.uk/recommended-prepping-gear ++ Jackery Solar Generator - https://link.amazon/B0fkM1dQP ++ ++ Inmarsat IsatPhone 2.1 Satellite Phone Kit & 100 Unit Prepaid SIM - https://link.amazon/B0fzc2zSH ++ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Government warnings, emergency information and official risk assessments can be extremely useful. But using that information is very different from assuming the government will be able to look after your household when something goes wrong. In this video, I look at where that line should be. Should we listen to government advice? What happens when official advice changes? Who should you actually trust during an emergency? And how much responsibility should we take for looking after ourselves, our families and the people around us? For me, sensible preparedness isn't about automatically distrusting government, believing every rumour online or assuming society is about to collapse. It's about gathering information, checking it, making your own decisions and making sure your household has options when normal systems temporarily stop working.
