Description
🌿 Have you ever felt exhausted from trying so hard to please God?
You pray.
You read your Bible.
You serve at church.
You try to be a good parent, spouse, and Christian.
But deep down, you're tired.
And sometimes, you wonder whether you're doing enough to make God pleased with you.
What if the problem isn't that you're not trying hard enough?
What if you've been trying to carry responsibilities that were never yours to carry alone?
In Psalm 23, David reveals something beautiful about God's relationship with His people:
“He makes me lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul.”
Notice what David doesn't say.
He doesn't say the sheep must find their own pasture, provide their own water, or protect themselves from every danger.
He describes a Shepherd who leads, provides, protects, and restores.
And perhaps that's exactly what your exhausted soul needs to understand.
You don't have to earn God's love through endless spiritual performance. You can learn to serve Him from a place of grace rather than fear.
In this video, we uncover the deeper meaning of Psalm 23 and what it teaches about spiritual burnout, surrender, God's provision, and finding rest even when life remains difficult.
