Have you ever seen a ladder this long? Yes. In Thailand, clove trees can grow up to nearly 100 ft tall, and cloves grow near the very top of the tree, making them difficult to harvest. So, farmers join small pieces of bamboo together to make a ladder nearly 100 ft long. They then place it against the tree, climb to the top, and pick the cloves one by one. Later the cloves are cleaned by machine and dried in the sun producing pure cloves.- Nature story #malayalam #facts #clove #spices #harvesting #farmer #farmerslife #farmlife #naturestory
