The Justin Herbert Trade Is Bigger Than You Think 👀 #Shorts

The Chargers told Adam Schefter they will NEVER trade Justin Herbert. I believe them. I also think the date on this trade is wrong. Herbert is 0-5 with 5 TD and 7 INT (most in the NFL), a 70.2 rating, 17 sacks and 6 fumbles. A league executive told Schefter he could fetch three first-round picks. The Chargers said the sentence "should we trade Justin Herbert" has never been said in their building. Here is why that is true in October and why it stops being true in March: • Herbert has a full no-trade clause. He picks, not the Chargers. • Trading him this season leaves $72.8 million in dead money (Spotrac). • Jim Harbaugh and Joe Hortiz did not draft him and did not sign his $262.5M extension. • The Vikings are 5-0 with 5 passing touchdowns in 5 games. Kyler Murray is on a one-year, $1.3M deal with a no-tag clause that ends in March. • The Vikings traded J.J. McCarthy to the Giants three weeks ago. • The Giants are 3-1-1 with Jameis Winston, and Jaxson Dart is back in 2027. • On the third day of the 2027 league year, $25M of Herbert's 2028 salary becomes guaranteed. Same week Kyler's contract expires. Chargers at Chiefs Sunday. Vikings vs Bills Monday night Nov 9. Trade deadline Nov 10.
