16 Ways Farm Wives Used Hydrogen Peroxide (99% of People Don't Know)

There's a brown bottle at the back of your bathroom cabinet, about three quarters full, bought for a scraped knee years ago. My mother kept the same bottle, and she had sixteen jobs for it, and not one of them was a scraped knee. I'm Loretta Granger. Forty-one years in a 1911 farmhouse in northeast Iowa, thirty-one years teaching fourth grade, and I wrote all of it down. In this video: dish towels gone gray, blood out of cotton, yellow collars, stained containers, the cutting board after chicken, the drain, the refrigerator seal, the thermos that rides in my husband's truck, and the grout. Plus number seven, the one everybody does that I won't. And the safety part, which matters more than all sixteen: never mix it with vinegar, keep it in the brown bottle, and let it sit long enough to work. Never mix bleach with vinegar or ammonia, and never mix peroxide with any of them. Use the 3% bottle from the drugstore only. Test fabrics in a hidden spot. Not for marble or natural stone. This is home experience, not professional advice. I read every comment. Tell me what your brown bottle has been doing at the back of your cabinet, and whether you've been doing number seven.
