I hope you enjoy it “High For This” is one of those haunting tracks by The Weeknd that lingers with you from the first listen. Ever since its release in 2011, I’ve envisioned the storylines and visuals that could complement its dark, atmospheric vibes. The beauty of High For This lies in how The Weeknd’s storytelling through music allows each listener to create their own interpretation. House of Balloons as an album is so cinematic and visual, and Abel’s unique way of crafting stories through his sound inspired me to bring this track to life. In this video, I explore the intense journey of two people experiencing different emotional highs. By the end, they share something deeply unique that leaves an everlasting imprint on both of them. I hope you enjoy this visual interpretation of The Weeknd’s High For This as much as I loved creating it!
