Stranded on another Earth, the Mad Titan discovers Vought, Compound V, The Seven, and a society where superheroes are manufactured, marketed, and protected for profit. Instead of simply hunting Homelander, Thanos decides to destroy the system that created him. Vought's laboratories fall, Compound V disappears, and Homelander is eventually forced into a brutal confrontation with Thanos as the empire built around him begins to collapse. But defeating Vought creates an even bigger problem. Thanos does not leave. He establishes a new order where no corporation or government can manufacture Supes again, while The Boys must decide what it means to live under a ruler powerful enough to enforce peace on the entire world. Vought created gods for profit. Now The Boys must face someone powerful enough to rule them.
