Abandoned Overgrown Stucco House in the Forest Turned Into a Modern Spanish Revival Dream Home

This home restoration and design concept follows the incredible transformation of an abandoned, overgrown stucco house hidden deep within the forest into a breathtaking Modern Spanish Revival retreat. The property starts in a state of severe decay, swallowed by creeping vines, tall wild grass, and a rotting, moss-covered roof. Witness the forgotten living room covered in thick cobwebs and decayed furniture, the dilapidated kitchen with crumbling plaster walls and rusty appliances, and the neglected bedroom overwhelmed by dirt and a broken iron bed frame. The final result is a stunning, sunlit woodland haven that perfectly balances rustic warmth with timeless, classic elegance. The completely redesigned exterior features a brand-new terracotta clay tile roof, meticulously restored earthy stucco walls, a revitalized wooden pergola blooming with vibrant pink roses, and a winding gravel pathway. Inside, the living room is transformed with rich dark hardwood floors, a brightened stone fireplace, a cozy beige sectional sofa, and a classic wrought iron chandelier. The reconstructed kitchen becomes the warm heart of the home, featuring rustic natural wood cabinetry, classic blue-and-white patterned backsplash tiles, striking copper accents, and a beautiful apron sink. The bedroom is reborn as a peaceful sanctuary highlighting an elegant dark wood four-poster bed with romantic drapes, traditional patterned rugs, and refreshing green potted plants. Every space is illuminated with bright natural sunlight and a serene, inviting atmosphere. 0:00 Exploring the Abandoned House 0:41 Exterior & Landscaping Renovation 3:44 Living Room Renovation 6:28 Kitchen Renovation 8:57 Bedroom Renovation #abandonedhouse #houserenovation #modernspanishrevival #spanishstylehome #homerestoration #stuccohouse #kitchenrenovation #bedroommakeover #beforeafter #timelapseconstruction #renovationasmr #terracotta #rusticdecor #interiorstyling #dreamhome #hometransformation #woodrestoration #constructio
