Lord, I Can’t Feel You Near | A Southern Gospel Prayer

“Lord, I Can’t Feel You Near” is a Southern Gospel prayer song by Mason Clay for anyone who feels far from God, spiritually dry, but still calling His name through the silence. This emotional Christian Gospel worship song speaks to the broken heart that still believes, even when worship feels quiet, prayer feels heavy, and the presence of God feels far away. With a deep raspy American male Gospel voice, warm piano, acoustic guitar, Hammond organ, and Country Soul Worship emotion, Mason Clay sings a broken prayer for anyone who has ever stood in worship knowing the words, lifting their hands, but feeling empty inside. This is not a song about giving up. This is not a miracle song. This is a prayer through silence. Even when you can’t feel the Lord near… keep calling His name.
