Already enhanced by the Super Soldier Serum, Steve Rogers develops a new ability that allows him to build energy through movement and impacts, then release it through devastating attacks. After discovering the truth behind Compound V, Steve joins The Boys against Vought. But Vought wants its new super-soldier under control, while Homelander sees Captain America as a direct threat to everything he represents. When Captain America finally faces Homelander, Steve must use his shield, experience, and new Compound V powers to survive an opponent stronger and faster than him. But even with greater power, one thing remains unchanged: Steve Rogers is still Steve Rogers.
