My children love this recipe, and it is always a favorite when my mom or mother-in-law comes to visit. It is one of those cozy family dinners that brings everyone to the table and disappears quickly. This ground beef and potato bake is hearty, comforting and easy to prepare in one pan. It is perfect for a busy weeknight, a relaxed Sunday dinner or any evening when you want to make something warm and satisfying for the people you love. The leftovers are just as delicious the next day, and the whole dish can also be frozen for later.
