This Abandoned Desert Cabin Saved Me From a Sandstorm

Hello, my name is Karina. I've been traveling alone through this vast and empty landscape for several days. The heat is intense, the horizon seems endless, and there is almost nothing around except sand, wind, and silence. In the middle of nowhere, I unexpectedly discover a small abandoned house standing completely alone in the desert. It looks as though no one has lived here for many years, but with evening approaching, I decide to make it my shelter for the night. Inside, everything is dusty and neglected. I clean the room, repair the damaged windows, prepare a place to sleep, and bring the old stove back to life. Then the weather suddenly changes. A powerful sandstorm sweeps across the desert, covering everything outside in dust and strong wind. Finding this forgotten house was incredibly lucky. Its old walls give me protection, warmth, and a safe place to wait out the storm. While the wind howls outside, I light the stove, prepare a simple meal, and spend a quiet night alone inside this forgotten desert shelter.
