The Manuel Rosas Disappearance: Selene Delgado, Part 2

Another creepy missing person photo on Canal 5's In Service to the Community segment plus a few helpful comments from viewers of my last Selene Delgado López video actually gives us some more context to the whole mystery. Just like Selene Delgado, Manuel Rosas Andrade' photo on Channel 5 was seen as uncanny: it was just a pair of eyes. It didn't go viral the way Selene Delgado's did, but the lack of details and the connection still led to a very interesting internet mystery.
