Renegade Immortal Anime Explained in English EP 156 Wang Lin's Savior Was Never On His Side

Wang Lin thought he was finished — trapped, tortured, and completely outmatched by a Celestial Lord who could shrug off every attack he threw. But when death was seconds away, an unexpected ally seized control of his body… and the tables turned instantly. In this episode, we break down the brutal fight between Wang Lin and the mysterious Celestial — a battle that reveals hidden techniques, a shocking true identity (Qin Shui, disciple of Immortal Emperor Bai Fan), and a villain who doesn't even remember who he really is. Just when it looks like Wang Lin has won, his "savior" reveals a plan far bigger — and far more dangerous — than anyone expected: refining an entire Celestial Realm into a weapon for revenge against an old enemy. Is Wang Lin's rescuer actually his next enemy?
