What Happened to RON is Based on a REAL EXPERIMENT...

In the newest Animal Hospital update, Ron didn't show up to work, and what you find in his house is way darker than it looks: a diary about a coworker who never came back, a letter begging him to call home, and a hazmat worker who was told to inject a "target". But Ron isn't the first one. The intern before you was a monkey named Oingit. And there was a REAL Dr. Harlow, a psychologist who studied what loneliness does to baby monkeys. I think this hospital is running his experiment, and the next subject is you. The link between Dr. Harlow's name and the real Harry Harlow is my own theory; the developers have never said it. Game texts come from the game itself and the Animal Hospital wiki; the real-world history comes from published sources about Harry F. Harlow (University of Wisconsin). Is the name Harlow just a coincidence?
