Description
Over 50 Million Nigerians Attend Church & Mosque Weekly; Whilst Less than 25 Million Bother to Turn Out to Vote Just Once Every 4 Years
Africa’s largest democracy votes in January 2027: The same three beasts are back: incumbent Bola Tinubu, perpetual presidential candidate Atiku Abubakar, and progressive Peter Obi.
A Content for Nigerians: Our Internal Affairs.
A land where priority is given to a man in the skies who has never provided anything for them, while less priority is given to their leadership elections, on which their survival hinges—the lost people of Nigeria.
In 2023, 37 million young Nigerians registered to vote, but only 11 million actually showed up at the polls. This means that 26 million young Nigerians who registered did not participate in the election; that is a whopping 70%. If only half of them had turned up to vote, Tinubu would likely not have won the presidency and made it to Aso Rock, the Nigerian Presidential Residence. Their abstention from voting brought Tinubu, who has inflicted more poverty on them than all other Nigerian presidents since the Fourth Republic. They have spent the last four years of Tinubu's leadership complaining, yet January 2027 is around the corner, and most still would not turn up to vote. The stupidity of Nigerians—whether young, middle-aged, or old—is staggering.
In this video, I will explore the three candidates, discuss key historical events in Nigeria, and outline the electoral system, including the various requirements for voter identification.
