Daylight Was Supposed to Save Him | Fantasy Noir

A vampire is murdered hours before unveiling the invention that could end his fear of sunlight. On the fiftieth anniversary of peace between humans and Havenport's night creatures, banker Silas Varn is found reduced to ash beside a sabotaged silver band. Detective Reed Halloran and vampire forensic specialist Dr. Nora Quinn follow the trail through a city where wolves work the docks, vampires bank after dark, and every suspect owes the victim something. The case turns on one question: who could get close enough to weaponize a miracle? Written and directed by The Department of O.O.P.S. The Department of O.O.P.S. is an independent one-person studio.
