The $1 Powder That Gets Any Stain Out of Anything

My name is Darlene Hollis. I cooked in a school kitchen for thirty-five years, feeding four hundred children a day, and I went home most nights wearing some of what I served. You already know this routine. Something drops on a good shirt, you run it through the wash, and when that doesn't take it you scrub it with dish soap and run it again. Then you look at the spot still sitting there and decide the shirt is finished. You did everything you were told to do. The method failed you, not the other way around. WHAT YOU WILL NEED One box of plain baking soda, a dollar and a quarter Cold water A spoon, for scraping and for measuring A small dish for mixing the paste A soft brush for knocking the dried powder off A sink or bucket for the overnight soak Regular laundry soap Subscribe if you want the old ways of keeping a house, the kind that got taught in kitchens before they quit getting handed down. #bakingsoda #stainremoval #laundrytips #oldwaysarebest #frugalliving #homemaking #depressionerawisdom #grandmasrecipes
