Tenant Fights Back After Eviction.

After being evicted from her apartment and being forced to live with friends, Chloe Evans has decided to fight back. She is taking her case to Mango Park District Court and suing her landlord for wrongful eviction and emotional distress. The defendant in this case, Loretta Smith argues that she had been more than accommodating to Miss Evans despite the tenant being constantly late with her rental payment.
