Spices, Screams & a Starving Son | Prologue | Agni: Rise of Asura | Echoes of Bhu

On Planet Sivan, an Asura mother grinds spices for the evening pot while, on the other side of the wall, the screaming starts. Agni: Rise of Asura | Prologue: Awakening A dark fantasy audio drama by Ashwin Chitransh, from the Echoes of Bhu universe. Long ago, so long that the dateline is lost to time, the Suras hold Planet Sivan and the Asuras want it back. Shavnaya, an Asura widow, watched her homeworld Bhu fall away from the deck of a transport. Now she lives at the edge of a Sura town with her young son, and he is starving. All the work on Sivan goes to Suras. The forest is fenced off behind Sura posts. Anoop, the Sura grain merchant, gives no credit. With every door closed and no answer to her prayers, Shavnaya must decide how far a mother will go for her own. "Strength was never what we did to our enemies. It was what we would do for our own." — An Asura proverb CHAPTERS 0:00 Planet Sivan: An Asura Proverb 0:24 Spices by Firelight 3:36 A Few Months Earlier 6:24 The Posts at the Forest's Edge 7:21 The Grain Merchant 9:18 A Prayer at the Channel Wall 11:24 Lamps Along the Channel 13:08 The House on the Slope 14:21 The Block 16:24 The Broth Subscribe to channel: https://www.youtube.com/@ashwinchitransh Here is link to all my Books, Music streaming, social media.
